Meet Dr. Halsted

We’re excited to introduce you to the newest full-time member of our staff, Dr. Matthew Halsted! Dr. Halsted has been teaching for Eternity Bible College since 2016. An ordained minister, he has over a decade of full-time ministry experience in the local church. He holds degrees in international studies and philosophy, as well as a PhD in biblical studies and philosophical hermeneutics.

Dr. Halsted has been married to his wife, Tosha, for sixteen years. They have four wonderful children: Isaac, Gracie, Hannah, and Simon. There’s never a dull moment in the Halsted house — someone’s always reading a great novel, painting a canvas, playing backyard baseball, or watching Star Wars.

We’re very excited to have Dr. Halsted join our team! In addition to teaching he’ll be taking over as registrar and helping with other administrative duties. He’s already made such an impact here at Eternity and we know his full time presence will be a huge blessing to our students.
