We all have different callings and roles to play in this world and the Kingdom of God. Some are called to be doctors, some are called to own business, some are called to be stay at home parents, but all of these are secondary callings. It doesn’t mean they aren’t important but it does mean they are secondary. 

Our primary calling in life is to make the name of Jesus known amongst all peoples, teaching them all that he has commanded us, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (Matt. 28). Or another way to say this, Our primary calling is to make disciples.
